The Board is scheduled to meet the first Monday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Faircloth Park Meeting Room. Faircloth Park is located just west of the corner of Shiloh Drive and Village Boulevard, on the north side of Shiloh Drive.

Association : If you wish to communicate directly with the Association, its address is PO Box 220805, West Palm Beach , FL 33422-0805 .

Lock Box : The Association maintains a “lock box” (the green box on the exit side of the gate house) for those wishing to leave messages or applications for MMI or messages for the Board of Directors or the Architectural Control Committee. Do not, however, place checks in payment of quarterly assessments in this box. Instead, mail such checks to MMI in the envelopes provided to you, or, if your have misplaced these envelopes, in a stamped envelop addressed to Bear Island C/O MMI of the Palm Beaches, 1201 U.S. Highway One, Suite 330, North Palm Beach, FL 33408 (Crystal Tree Plaza) .
