HERE'S HOW YOU DO IT:

1. Using a new service from MMI, a homeowner must use his or her account number to log on to their homeowner association account online at: www.miamimanagement.com .  If you do not have your account number, you can get it from your Property Manager.
   
2. Once logged in, you can view & adjust your account profile, view balance, pay by e-check or credit card, setup a recurring payment, and more.
   
3. To make a payment, homeowner clicks on "echeck" or "credit card” icon.
   
4. Homeowner is then asked to submit a payment amount PLUS a convenience fee. NOTE: For credit cards, the flat convenience fee has been set to be 2.95% of the average maintenance within the property. The homeowner can pay by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.  Keep in mind- if your credit card has a cash-back or airline miles reward program, you gain those benefits when you pay your condo fees.
   
5. Another option is to pay by E-Check. The convenience fee for this option is just $3 per transaction. With E-Checks you have more control over one time or recurring payments from your checking or savings account. Payments are posted next day!
   
   
6. Upon submission of payment, homeowner gets confirmation response!
